Sam Lukaitis

Sam joined TDR Capital in 2026 and is a Managing Director at the firm.

Working in conjunction with the investment team, he is responsible for the debt financing and capital markets activity of our portfolio companies.

Prior to joining TDR, Sam worked at Carlyle as a Managing Director leading the capital markets strategy for several London and Asia based private equity funds in the corporate buyout and international energy verticals. Prior to that, he was a Managing Associate at Linklaters LLP and spent time in the Leverage and Acquisition Finance team at HSBC. Sam holds a bachelor’s degree in Economics and Law from the University of Melbourne.
