We are pleased to announce that TDR Capital V and related entities have agreed to acquire OCU Group (“OCU”), a leading energy transformation and critical infrastructure services platform.
OCU supports the development, delivery and maintenance of critical energy and infrastructure assets across regulated and non-regulated markets, including power transmission and distribution, renewable generation and energy storage, water and environmental services, and digital infrastructure. It services the full asset lifecycle, from design and engineering through to construction, commissioning and maintenance, supported by specialist in-house capabilities. Today OCU operates across the UK, Australia and New Zealand, supported by its engineering capabilities in India.
We see a significant opportunity to accelerate OCU’s transformation into a global player in critical infrastructure, leveraging TDR’s experience building global infrastructure businesses, scaling high-potential platforms, executing buy-and-builds, and delivering strategic market repositioning where needed.
