Jessica Lowe

Jessica joined TDR Capital in 2026 as Legal Counsel.

She provides legal support for TDR’s fund and transaction-related activities, as well as across TDR’s portfolio companies.

Prior to joining TDR, Jessica worked at Sidley Austin, where she practised in the investment funds group, advising private equity sponsors on the formation of investment funds, co-investments, and secondary transactions. Previously, she advised sponsors and institutional investors in the private funds group at Weil, Gotshal & Manges. Jessica holds a bachelor’s in law from Queen Mary University of London.
