David Walters

David joined TDR Capital in 2026 and is an Operating Partner at the firm.

He works within an internal specialist team focused on the implementation of Artificial Intelligence and Automation across TDR portfolio companies.

Prior to joining TDR, David worked for 17 years in transformation, operational excellence and AI enabled change with senior roles at Macquarie Group, London Stock Exchange Group and Close Brothers. David holds a bachelor’s degree in Financial Administration, Accounting and Finance from the University of New England and a master’s degree in Business, Organisational Behaviour and Design from the University of Newcastle.
