Aggreko, a global leader in the provision of temporary power solutions, temperature control and energy services is pleased to announce the acquisitions of Resolute Industrial and Crestchic plc, creating additional growth opportunities through access to high return on capital equipment that is usually in short supply in the industry.
Resolute is a US based provider of temperature control equipment operating from 38 locations across North America. The acquisition will enhance Aggreko’s capabilities in the temperature control space providing access to equipment which is usually in high demand but has long lead times, and is expected to be highly synergistic with the existing business.
Crestchic is UK based and builds loadbank equipment for the testing of power supplies making them highly complementary with the existing power generator business. Given a shortage of loadbank supply in the industry, Crestchic will open up strong organic growth opportunities for Aggreko, particularly in the attractive data centre end market.
