Warren Wellington

Warren joined TDR Capital in 2025 as Legal Counsel.

He provides legal support on TDR’s fund and transaction related activities, as well as across TDR’s portfolio companies.

Prior to joining TDR, Warren worked at Fried Frank, advising private equity sponsors, corporates, and management teams. He previously worked at Latham & Watkins and trained with Herbert Smith Freehills. Warren holds a bachelor’s degree in Law from the University of Leeds and completed the Legal Practice Course at BPP University.
