George Becatoros

George joined TDR Capital in 2018 and is an Operating Partner at the firm.

He is responsible for driving value creation initiatives within TDR portfolio companies.

Prior to joining TDR, George worked for McKinsey & Company where he advised consumer and private equity clients. Previously, he spent 10 years co-founding and growing a specialised outsourced electronic engineering and software production company leading its international expansion, advised a casual-dining restaurant start-up in New York and began his career at Schroders Investment Management. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Economics from Cambridge University and an MBA from Columbia Business School.
