Kinga Peers

Kinga joined TDR Capital in 2022 as Chief People Officer.

She is responsible for the oversight and management of the team at TDR and provides strategic talent support across TDR’s portfolio companies.

Prior to joining TDR, Kinga spent four years as a Consultant at Russell Reynolds Associates. She began her HR career at UBS in New York and later held several HR roles at Vodafone. Kinga holds a bachelor’s degree in English from the Jagiellonian University in Krakow and a master’s degree in Comparative and International Education from the University of Oxford.
