Emma Gilks

Emma joined TDR Capital in 2015 and is General Counsel at the firm.

She leads all fund and transaction related legal activities and provides strategic legal support across TDR’s portfolio companies.

Prior to joining TDR, Emma qualified as a Corporate lawyer at Reed Smith LLP, where she was focused on mergers and acquisitions and private equity transactions. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Law from the University of Sheffield and completed the Legal Practice Course at Nottingham Law School.
