Carlo Maffei

Investment Associate

Carlo joined TDR Capital in 2026 and is an Investment Associate at the firm.

He is responsible for deal execution and supporting the management of existing investments.

Prior to joining TDR, Carlo worked at Morgan Stanley, in the EMEA Technology team. Carlo holds a master’s in International Finance from HEC Paris and a bachelor’s degree in Economics and Management from Bocconi University.
