David Lloyd, one of Europe’s largest operators of premium racquets, health and wellness clubs, has acquired Aspria, a leading operator of health and fitness clubs in Continental Europe. The acquired estate comprises ten clubs across Germany, Italy, Belgium and Spain, with over 50,000 members, and an additional development site in Brussels.
This highly complementary acquisition expands David Lloyd’s Continental European estate to 40 clubs, further strengthening its presence in key cities including Hamburg, Brussels, Milan and Berlin.
