Xenia Dethlefs

Xenia joined TDR Capital in 2021 and is an Investment Director at the firm.

She is responsible for executing and managing investments at TDR.

Prior to joining TDR, Xenia worked at Apax Partners covering the Consumer and Healthcare sectors. She previously worked in the Investment Banking Division at Morgan Stanley, both in London and Tokyo. Xenia holds a bachelor’s degree in Economics from University College London and a master’s degree in Economics and Finance from the University of Cambridge.
