Victoria Caro

Victoria joined TDR Capital in 2024 as a Managing Director in the Investor Relations team.

She is responsible for managing relationships with investors and supporting fundraising activity.

Prior to joining TDR, Victoria spent 13 years at PIMCO, most recently as Head of the UK and Ireland institutional client team. She previously worked at Goldman Sachs within private wealth management. Victoria holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Management from King’s College London, an MBA from Columbia Business School, and is a CFA charterholder.
