Harry Wake

Harry joined TDR Capital in 2024 and is an Operating Partner at the firm.

He is responsible for driving value creation initiatives within TDR portfolio companies.

Prior to joining TDR, Harry was at Philip Morris where he led the UK smoke-free business. Previously, Harry founded the European branch of a digital marketing agency which was subsequently sold to WPP. Before that, he worked at Bain & Company and Unilever. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Political Science from Trinity College Dublin and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
