Cristiano Carlutti

Cristiano joined TDR Capital in 2020 and is an Operating Partner at the firm.

He is responsible for driving value creation initiatives within TDR portfolio companies.

Prior to joining TDR, Cristiano worked for McKinsey & Company focusing on performance and digital transformations in the automotive, aerospace and media industries. Previously, Cristiano was a Vice President at Tesla and Fiat Chrysler Automotive. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Bocconi University and an MBA from the London Business School.
