Amit Mistry

Amit joined TDR Capital in 2023 as Finance Director.

He is responsible for overseeing both fund and corporate accounting and reporting for the firm.

Prior to joining TDR, Amit was the UK Financial Controller at Equistone Partners Europe. He started his career at KPMG and subsequently worked as a Fund Analyst at Livingbridge and as a Director in the Group Reporting team at 3i Group plc. Amit holds a bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Finance from the London School of Economics. He qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 2008 and is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales.
