Warren joined TDR Capital in August 2025 as Legal Counsel. Prior to joining TDR, he was an Associate at Fried Frank where he advised a range of private equity sponsors, corporates and management teams on cross-border mergers and acquisitions, investments, restructurings, and incentive plans.
Warren previously worked as an Associate at Latham & Watkins and trained with Herbert Smith Freehills.
Warren qualified as a lawyer in 2018. He completed the Legal Practice Course at BPP University and holds a bachelor’s degree in Law from the University of Leeds.
