CorpAcq, the UK SME-focused serial acquirer, has acquired a majority stake in Nonwovenn, a leading fabric technology company headquartered in Bridgwater, Somerset, from BGF.
Founded in 2003, Nonwovenn is a manufacturer of bespoke technical fabrics and has established a strong track record of growth and innovation. CorpAcq sees significant opportunities for further growth including the potential to build on this platform through additional acquisitions within the sector.
