Applus, a global leader in testing, inspection, and certification services (“TIC”), has acquired APEM Group, a global environmental consultancy business.
With locations across the globe, APEM Group provides independent environmental consultancy and expert scientific advice to a wide range of industries including water, renewables, infrastructure, power and utilities. This transaction marks a major step forward in growing Applus’ sustainability services capabilities and will become the core of its new global Environmental Services business.
