We are pleased to announce that on 27 October 2021 funds managed by TDR Capital completed the sale of Keepmoat Homes to funds advised by Aermont Capital LLP.
Since acquiring Keepmoat Homes in 2014 as part of the wider Keepmoat acquisition, the business was transformed from a small, regional housebuilder into a national top-10 housebuilder, focused on affordable starter homes, delivering 5* homes for customers and a sector-leading return on capital.
