The total company manages a fleet of more than 335,000 units with operations in 20 countries throughout Europe and North America, making it the world leader in the space rental sector and one of the world's largest businesses in the rental services sector.
Transaction
In 2007, TDR led the $2.5bn public to private takeover of Williams Scotsman International Inc. With this acquisition, TDR merged Williams Scotsman, Algeco and GE ModSpace to create Algeco Scotsman.
