Steve founded TDR Capital with Manjit Dale in 2002, with whom he had previously worked at DB Capital Partners. He has over 30 years of private equity, mezzanine and leveraged finance experience. Previously Steve was Managing Partner at DB Capital Partners, and also spent one year as Managing Director of European Leveraged Finance at Merrill Lynch and nine years as Managing Director of European Leveraged Finance at Bankers Trust.

During his tenure at Bankers Trust and Merrill Lynch, he raised over €5 billion in leveraged finance transactions. Steve holds a Masters degree in Economics from Aberdeen University.

Blair joined TDR Capital in April 2006. He is the General Counsel and Chief Operating Officer of TDR. Prior to joining TDR, Blair was a Partner at SJ Berwin LLP, focusing on private equity fund formation, venture capital investments, and mergers and acquisitions. Previously he worked as a corporate lawyer with Buddle Findlay.

Blair qualified as a lawyer in New Zealand in 1995. He has a Bachelor of Law, with honours, and a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Canterbury, New Zealand.

Thibaut joined TDR Capital in November 2009. Prior to joining TDR, he spent five years at Apax Partners, where he focused on leveraged buyouts in the media sector. Previously Thibaut worked at Goldman Sachs and Crescendo Ventures, in investment banking and venture capital.

Thibaut received an MBA from Harvard Business School, as a Baker Scholar, and an MEng in Aeronautical Engineering, with first class honours, from Imperial College.

Mark joined TDR Capital in April 2005. Prior to joining TDR, he spent seven years at McKinsey & Company, primarily focused on the retail, consumer, industrial and private equity sectors. Mark started his career with UBS in 1997.

He received an MBA from Stanford Business School and a Masters degree in Mathematics, with first class honours, from Cambridge University.

Gary joined TDR Capital in June 2008. Prior to joining TDR, he worked in the Chemicals & Industrials investment banking teams at both Citi and Bear Stearns in London.

Gary received a Masters degree in Finance with distinction from the University of Strathclyde and a Masters degree in Chemistry, with first class honours, from the University of Edinburgh.

Eduardas joined TDR Capital in November 2016 to create and lead the Data Science team. Prior to joining TDR, he led the Analytics Capability at PwC Strategy, consisting of 35 data scientist consultants. At PwC, Eduardas led data science projects to enable large corporate and private equity-backed companies to make better strategic and operating decisions. Prior to this, he worked at RBS's investment banking arm focusing on interest rate and FX derivatives and led a technology start-up in London. Eduardas received an MSc in International Accounting and Finance with Distinction from Cass Business School and a BA in Integrated Social Sciences from Jacobs University.

Giles joined TDR Capital in July 2015. Prior to joining TDR, he worked for ten years at UK-based smoothie and juice producer Innocent Drinks, where most recently he was Managing Director - Europe, leading the business outside of the UK. He also served as Director and Head of Operations. 

Previously Giles worked at Unilever Plc and Ford Motor Company. He received a MEng in Mechanical Engineering, with first class honours, from the University of Sheffield.

Steve joined TDR Capital in June 2004. Prior to joining TDR, he held senior positions as Managing Director Retail for Thresher Group with a new turnaround board under the private equity ownership of Terra Firma Capital Partners, as Operations Director for Signet plc, and as a consultant with McKinsey & Company. His previous experience enabled Steve to accumulate over 20 years in general management and management consulting roles.

Steve received an MBA from Cranfield School of Management and a BSc in Physical Education, Sports Science and Management from Loughborough University.

Anastasia joined TDR Capital in September 2014. Prior to joining TDR, she worked at Nomura as an Associate in the M&A Group in London. Anastasia started her career in AT Kearney in Moscow.

She received a Masters degree in Finance, with distinction, from Cass Business School and completed a course in Alternative Investments at the London School of Economics.

Jonathan joined TDR Capital in May 2014. Prior to joining TDR, Jonathan worked at Barclays as a Vice President in the Mergers and Acquisitions team. Previously he worked at Citi in the Media and Telecoms team.

Jonathan graduated from Bristol University with a degree in Economics and Finance.

Grégoire joined TDR Capital in October 2015. Prior to joining TDR, he worked at Mount Kellett Capital Management and Providence Equity Partners. Previously Grégoire worked in Goldman Sachs’ investment banking division, in the Technology, Media and Telecom (TMT) and France coverage teams in London and Paris, respectively. He started his career as a junior adviser for digital economy, telecommunications and energy at the Office of French President Nicolas Sarkozy. 

Grégoire received a Masters degree in Management with a major in Finance from HEC Paris.

Mark joined TDR Capital in September 2012. Prior to joining TDR, Mark worked at Morgan Stanley in London as an Associate in its Private Equity fund and previously as an Analyst in its UK Investment Banking team.

He received a degree in Business and Legal Studies, with first class honours, from University College Dublin.

Diarmuid joined TDR Capital in January 2011. Prior to joining TDR, he was Managing Director of TDR portfolio company Phoenix Group’s Corporate Office, having joined in 2008. Previously Diarmuid was a Partner at the London office of MidOcean Partners and its predecessor, DB Capital Partners, where he served as the European Chief Operating Officer and as Chief Operating Officer of Morgan Grenfell Private Equity.

Diarmuid is a qualified Chartered Secretary of the UK Institute of Chartered Secretaries & Administrators and a member of the UK Securities Institute. He studied Political Science at Arizona State University.

Diarmuid is currently acting as Chief Executive Officer of Algeco Scotsman, a portfolio company of TDR Capital II.

Jurate joined TDR Capital in June 2016. Prior to joining TDR, she spent two years at Providence Equity Partners as a Senior Associate focusing on investor relations and fundraising activities in Europe and the Middle East. Jurate started her career at KPMG, where she spent four years primarily in the Private Equity Group focusing on financial due diligence for private equity clients.

Jurate qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 2013 and is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England & Wales. She graduated from Cambridge University with an MA in Economics and Management and also holds a Masters of Science degree in International Business from HEC Business School in Paris.
