Headquartered in the UK, the company provides its products and services across the UK, the US, France, Germany and Italy. VPS works closely with its social housing customers to provide a one-stop-shop approach in order to significantly reduce void property turnaround times. Transaction
In March 2010 TDR acquired a controlling stake in VPS Holdings Limited from Axial European Partners. The vacant properties sector has very positive macroeconomic and commercial trends and this, combined with largely immature and fragmented markets, means that we believe the business offers significant growth opportunities, both organically and through bolt-on acquisitions.
