Steve joined TDR in 2005. He has significant prior operating experience as Managing Director of the Thresher Group, Operations Director of Signet and as a consultant at McKinsey. Steve has an MBA from Cranfield School of Management and an Honours Degree in Physical Education, Sports Science and Recreation Management from Loughborough University.
