TDR Capital has a team of 20 professionals led by founding partners Manjit Dale and Stephen Robertson. The team includes 12 Investment Professionals and 4 Operating Professionals. The Investment Professionals' combined experience of successful investment in a number of industry sectors and their strategic expertise enables them to target high-potential investments and develop innovative financing structures. The Investment Professionals are supported by a team of specialist Operating Professionals who lead our work in partnership with the management of portfolio companies, providing professional support in order to help management optimise operational performance.
